As a founding director, I helped grow a small company into a highly profitable and attractive top-five UK provider, played a pivotal role in business scaling and mobilised a complete company rebrand in three months. Together with my team, we pioneered a new, revitalised image that broke free of stagnant industry traditions to create an empowered, attractive brand and revived company culture. After coordinating an MBO and subsequent PLC acquisition, the once small company culminated in a 23x increase in value.

I have delivered major national projects and negotiated numerous complex sales and partnership agreements. But my passion remains: delivering meaningful change through digital marketing, brand image, employee engagement and the organisation of powerful events. It’s for that reason that I started SJD Group.
